Help with CEL codes...

I hooked up the obd 2 because I need to pass emissions in california now

These are the codes that showed up...

P0340 - Camshaft position sensor A circuit (Bank 1 or Single sensor)

P0113 - Intake Air Temp sensor 1 circuit high input.... (I just installed a new one from auto zone but its still showing up)

P0351 - Ignition Coil A primary/secondary circuit

my car runs fine but I have no idea why these codes are showing up.. any help would be great... thanks..

Check any wiring near the EGR tube. The wires from those circuits are routed along similar paths; wires near the EGR tube frequently become shorted after their insulation melts away due to the heat.
