Help with a 6 bolt install in a 95 talon tsi awd

I just bought my talon a little over a week ago and it just sent a rod out the side of the side of the block. I am considering installing as 6 bolt motor but I was wondering what I will need to make it posibble. Any ideas? Oh it is a 5 speed car. All help will be greatly appriciated.
