help wants to dye after unplugging

ok so every time i unplug the battery and plug it back in the car starts fine but when it starts to idle it wants to dye and some times it dose die, but after let it run for 5 min or some time more it goes back to normal, would the alarm have to do with that or is something wrong, oh the battery reads at 14volts when it starts but then it dies and it goes back to 12volts

Have your charging system tested first.
Also have you checked for codes?

how do i check the charging system and what is the ISC? last time i checked for codes there was none
