Help w/ SAFC.

My car is stock with 2.5 in cat back, 560cc injector, rewired fp, with SAFC. I cant get the correct numbers for it. Can any one help? Right now the previous owner has at low from
1k to 7k is +18, 12, 8, 8,8,8,8,8; High @ 10,10,3,3,3,3,3,3. Stock boost prob at 9 psi.

No one can give you the numbers for your car as every car is different. You would have to get a logger and tune it yourself or go to a mechanic to tune it for you. I followed this guide when I tuned mine - Apexi Super AFC For The Eclipse/EVO

Are all of those numbers positive because in my experience with 560's and a logger you should start at -10 and follow that ^^^^ guide.

Make sure you initialize and redo the original settings for DSM's before you start the car (Karman, etc..)

-10 or -11 is the base setting for 560cc.

You should also fix all boost leaks (if you have any) before you start tuning.

ok i put every rpm range @ lo-thr and hi-thr to be -11% all across. then in 2nd gear and 3rd gear after 4500 rpm the car seem like it stutter and feel like it is lacking gas or air. Help....=(0

Read the guide I posted. DO NOT TUNE your car without a logger! Check for boost leaks first. Getting a good tune requires a lot of time and playing around with your settings. The post above says -10 or -11 BASE which means this is just a starting point and you need to adjust your fuel based on the readings from your data logger. Look around on line for more guides and write ups on how to tune.

it is my dd to work. Shall i just leave the base map and looking to buy a pocket logger? Where can i get 1?

I wouldn't drive the car like that because you can easily damage the engine. You can try to post in your regional section of DSM tuners to see if anyone will be willing to lend you a logger for a few hours so you can get it tuned somewhat. You can buy the pocket logger from their website - PocketLOGGER for DSMs Overview or from another vendor (I'm not sure what is the best place, you have to search). You might also try the classifieds section or eBay.

Another thing you can do is put back the stock injectors and zero out the SAFC.

I forgot to ask, is your profile up to date? If you only have a catback and a K&N filter there is really no point of running larger injectors.
