help w safc wire up

Ok I hooked this up accordin to the write up on here well the afc won't turn on at all I light tested the red and the black and brown wires and all light up but when hooked up to the harness there's nothin. Thanks for help

I'm using the type of connecter where u put the wires in the connetor side by side and the metal peice conects them then u snap the flap to keep then connetor from opening

No it aggervates me I did it all as this fourm says and did it carefully and nothin happens I didn't soder it just used splicing connectors. Could that be the problem and does all the wires besides the three isn't being used have to be pluged in to turn on

have you searched the other forums?
and just cause your safc doesnt work thats no reason to sell the whole car man
did you buy it used? im guessin you did

Yea I bought it from a good friend I've known since I was 7 and I know he wouldn't jipp me like that plus it was running on his car before he sold it to me

Ok can u hook the power wire and the black wire up to the battery. And see if it turns on or do I have to have allthe wires hooked up
