 Would a Throttle Postion Sensor cause this to happen? When i give it full throttle or get on the throttle harder the cars just boggs down, but gains power slowly. I'm 2g RS with a Star Performance Stage 2 with 255cc injectors (HRC) brand new spark plugs NGK non-platnium, 6psi have the boost controller closed, full 2 1/2 exhaust no cat. Thats the only thing that came to mind was the TPS could not be reading right so its throwing the computer off. Car runs and idles just fine, if you just go easy on the throttle the car will boost and gain power like nothing, its just when you get on it, or give it full throttle. Any suggestions would help, thanks

Do you have a datalogger? That's the surest way to check it. If not you would most likely get a CEL at idle when the throttle close switch gets pressed. If the TPS reads anything else but closed when that switch is closed then you get the CEL. If you TPS is stuck reading closed then your SOL on the light coming on. You can also try using a multimeter to check Ohms on it. If you go that route do it when the engine is up to temp cause the TPS is usually crappy when hot when it starts to go.

I have had the TPS go out before, its funny "if its working right (Air/Fuel Meter) then when i get on the gas around 4000 or so it starts to read lean, so opening the thorttle getting less fuel probably reading wrong right? I'll take it to get checked for suer. I went and used an OBD2 reader today and got the code P0106? any ideas i know it has something to do with the MAP b/c P0107 and 08 are about the MAP but couldnt find 06 so just a unch. Could it be not getting enought spark? maybe wires, just replaced spark plugs with NGK Non-Platium. Starting to P me off just dont know whats wrong. Idles fine and runs fine when you are easy on the gas. Would a Missing link help out with the MAP, i have a little black box that they installed told to help fool the system of the boost coming in. Just any suggestions i would appreciate it. Thanks
