HELP, timing belt jump

Some body please help, my water pump recently broke so i tried taking off the harmonic balancer and the belt jumped WTF after i had taken the belt off i replaced the w.pump and realigned the timing marks. the car will not start and there is no compression in any cylinders. ive tried to redo the timing about a million times.
please god sombody help me.

if everything you said here is true is sounds like your timing is way way off and or you've already done some damage. hows the belt look??

did you try turning the crank "by hand" first to see if everything was going to "work out"? Or did you just go willy nilly with the starter motor?

When stuff like this happens to me (or when I DON'T pay attention to what I'm doing), it's usually my intake valves that are bent. I'm betting on your intake valves being bent. You might have lost some exhaust valves as well. Taking the head off will tell you everything you need to know.
