Ok so a little trouble here that I was not hopeing for...
Heres a little background... Bought a 98 GSX with78,XXX miles and it was taken apart somewhat and had been sitting for atleast a year but nothing a few nights working couldnt fix and clean up*(Was being slowly taken apart so was only missing a turbo when and Ignitor when I got it)*. Just had to basically put a manifold and turbo setup on it and it would run. Do not really know the history of the car but I got all the parts put on and also did an emission delete and FMIC install while I was doing this work. Well I put on an Evo III manifold, 14b turbo, Evo IX injectors, Evo IX FP, SAFC, Tubluar o2 housing and emissions delete and it was ready to go!

Where I am now:
Well now when I start the car and it runs pretty ruff on the lower rpms and puffs white smoke out of the exhaust but does not smell like oil or have a sweet smell.

What ive checked:
Compression was good across the board and it is getting fuel and spark!
Fuel gauge read empty but I did not drain tank just put 5 gallon of 93 octane in.
Have no idea what to set SAFC to... But it does not read any knock :)
Lo Throttle @ 30%
Hi Throttle @ 70%
Karmen sensor
Need some help here I believe
Has CEL Light on but do not have a scanner to check it as of right now....
Cant Base Timing as I do not have a timing light either at the moment.

Anybody have any ideas on what I should do next?

Any ideas on what to set this to?? Ive done the math and about -15% to -10% correction should do it with 560-575cc injectors on the Lo Throttle map for now.

I have watched people use it before and when I go to the graph it will not let me adjust the correction so I have a feeling that when the person before me hooked this up they did something wrong??
**EDIT Well I looked at some of the wiring in it tonight and I believe they used the White & Yellow wire setup instead of Pink & Orange so Looks like ive got a little rewiring to do in the morning before I can see if setting SAFC will help... Now can anybody help explain or describe how this thing is suppose to be wired so I can make sure im correct with it?

**UPDATE**
Ok so I checked the wiring on safc and reset it and it smoothed the car out some but still running ruff but clears up some as I rev up to 2k. Believe it is timing as all other things are correct

I've checked everything else as far as fuel, spark, and safc so I believe it could be the timing now.
