Yes, that definetly sounds like lifter tick. They should quiet down after a drive.

Does sound like lifters. I usually let the car idle for about 10-15 minutes and then drive around a bit gently. The noise usuall goes away in 15 minutes if you got good oil pressure and good lifters. If it keeps making noise for longer than 30minutes I alway check the oil pressure

Yea it quite down. i took it on the highway for like 30 mins.
