Help putting MMCD on Palm IIIc

I just got a used Palm IIIc in the mail today, came with charging cradle, and serial cable. My laptop doesnt have a place to plug that into so I bought a DB9 to USB cable. I also have this MMCD software and plug.

I need help getting MMCD on my Palm. I downloaded the Palm Desktop as well.

UPDATE: I got the palm IIIc to hotsync with my computer, but I still cannot get MMCD to load. I have mmcd prc on the palm desktop, but it wont load on the palm.

ok make sure the palm and the palm desktop have the same user on both. that should be where the issue is. if you have to, reset palm. save wanted data first with mmcd tools

Well for me I have the m515 and I loaded mmcd-tcu onto it via SD card (assume the same goes for mmcd)
Does your logger have an SD card slot?

You also need to upgrade the software on the palm, I'm at work now I forget the exact info right now. When I get home I'll link some stuff and dig a little if this is not resolved. (I've been through it with the same model)
