Help Problems...need Help Asap

first off....my A/F Gauge is reading the redest lean it can read and never moves....i just had a 14b put on...so could this be the problem and i just need to reset the computer ECU? also the 14b on a 2g switch....my 14b spool kicks in @ around 2900-3200 RPM's...is this normal? i have the stock BCS hooked up with a the Acuator and i am only gettin to bout 9 psi by 5500? would a boost controller help this or maybe a lil tuning with an AFC,datalogger,fuel pump 190 and some 550's.....ALSO ONE MORE THING my cam sensor postion A is malfunctioned.....and 2 times this has happend....when i go to start my car it turns over and rumbles really bad like its gettin no gas or air flow and then just gives up and wont turn on... ...but i mess with the intake and it starts back on i dont know if its luck or its actaully the air intake...i have a bomz intake from EBay Motors but it seems the coupling might be a bit chewed.... :thumbdown ...just some suggestions i know im not very descriptive on whats goin on but ahhh its just bothering me that after my 14b switch im haven problems

PS is a 95 or 96 talon with AWD Turbo,5 speed, 88k a good price @ 6700? NO MODS

You may have leaks before turbo which is sucking in unmetered air.

And also dont totally trust an A/F guage that reads off the stock narrowband o2 sensor, very innaccurate.
