Help pls!

My 2g is bucking hard as i get up in around 2-3k rpm range, i also heard poping noises comming from my exhaust and it only gets worse if i try and floor the peddle any ideas as to what it could be?

Definitaly a boost leak. My car did that when I would get into boost. It was my ic pipe that was loose. Check all clamps, vac lines, and piping..
