I have a 98 GSX, it has stock ecu, AFC, 550's, 20G, 40mm wastegate, forged pistons, FMIC, DP, hard pipe kit, underdrive pullys,Fluidyne w/fan, 6 puc clutch, warlboro pump,K+N blah, blah blah. I recently did some maintainance on the old girl, put a new spring in my wastegate, tightened turbo/manifold bolts. Put it back together and now it starts and runs for only 3 or 4 secondsk, then dies, I tested the coil pack and it was fine, so I assumed it was the start switch in the steering colum. Replaced it and it still does the same thing. I serched in the forum but was not able to find this problem discussed. Any info or suggestion would be gratefully appreciated, thanks

. Turn the key to let the fuel pump, put more gas into the engine like 3-4 times than turn the key, my rpms shoot up and i gotta give the car some gas to keep the rpms up but once its warm it runs fine, im still trying to figure out the problem. I can tell ya this much... it aint the fuel filter cause i replaced mine and i still have same problem.
