Ok i have a 1995 tsi and i just rebuilt the 7 bolt. it has a 6 bolt CAS and it running rough it sounds choppy and it falls on its self. idn if its a bad ground somewhere or a vacuum leak also i would like to know how to adjust the CAS the plug wires are in the right firing order

if you just did a rebuild id check all the vacuum lines to check for leaks and ensure theyre all in the proper place thats where id start

It's very well possible you mounted the CAS 180* out. Try unbolting it and turning the connection 180* (half way) and see how it runs then. One other thing is it's likely you will also be getting the random misfire CEL unless you have ECMLink or equivalent and are able to disable the ECU for looking for the misfire condition.

You should do a boost leak test as well since you took off pressurized air fittings.
