Help, no power from cd player

Alright, So yesterday i took apart my center console to flip the peice on the bottom of my shift boot so the boot comes from the bottom of the peice that holds it on rather than from all around it, and I disconnected 2 of the peices that connect to the cigarette lighter, 1 of which was the bulb then the other was a white peice, anf the 3rd part wouldnt come off so i just worked around it, re-assembled it all and then my cd player wouldnt work, everything lights up theres just no noise to come from it, any ideas??

Could it possibly be the ground?

if its lighting up its not ## ground. is it the stock or aftermaket stereo?
