been having problems for the last 2 days with a couple problems and now its finally come to a head.

water pumps had a leak for a lil bit but have been trying to avoid replacing it.

then my oil pressure started to flux back around forth, never losing total pressure, but acting weird. now all the sudden ive lost 50 percent power and some of my dashlights dont work. my windows dont work. the weird roman house/ mary go round light. and brake, as well as battery fade on after 4k RPM but fade out as my Rpm decreases- are any of these things related? all the gauges read normal range except the oil which hasnt fluxated at all outside of its recent normal weirdness.

what is that mary go round looking light? i saw a post that said it was something about the o2 sensor but idk.

My baby was in some pretty rough places b4 i got her so who knows what has been done.

That "Merry-Go-Round" Light (never heard it called that before - awesome way to describe it) is for the alternator as far as I know.

I know when my alternators went that light came on and I've had some/most of the symptoms you're mentioned.

It seems like your alternator is working a little bit but that your battery is doing most of the work.

I'd get your alt out and while you're in there you may as well do that water pumo, even if it makes it a MUCH bigger job than just an alternator.

The light is antifreeze. Sounds like your water pump has leaked enough to screw up your alternator. Take it off and have it tested. First and foremost, replace the water pump, and timing components. If the alternator is bad, replace it. Hopefully that will solve your problem ;)

I thought the marry go round light was the radiator? Maybe I'm thinking about the wrong one.
Does seem like a alternator problem.
First do the freebies like check the battery for voltage. Second you can measure the alternator and how much is getting there. Your oil is fine im sure. It's just that the units can't read the correct voltage sent to the sensors so it comes on.
Don't cheap out on water pumps. That's one of the back bone of a motor and if it blows. Bye valves or even worse.

Hopes this helps. I think you might need to understand the system before you can continue.
Checking your charging system
the weird roman house/ mary go

Roman house... funniest thing I ever heard.

you can't afford to avoid fixing a water pump. It's not a rattling window. DOn't kill your baby! Water pump is one of the components that keeps the engine from meltdown. Might as well do the timing belt as I suspect it is time!

Also, alternator causing that issue. It's pretty much guaranteed, unless you have some wire hanging off somewhere by gremlins.

its not a cant afford it. its just a pain in the ass. plus it was a minor leak from the gasket area of the pump. my temp never got high. the timing belt is in good shape- really like new.

as much as id love to say your wire hanging off comment was a joke- ive seen several indications of just that kind shotty craftmanship.

ill post pics soon- does anyone know why my oil pressure could be fluxuating? it dips below operating at some times but never loses pressure totally. i didnt know if maybe the water pump going out could cause this?
