Help me w/my next mods please..

Well so far i havent been to the track but i really want some more power then what im putting out now (even tho the car is pretty quick)... my mod list is as followed...

Walbro 190 (not rewired)
Joe P. MBC
Precision FMIC w/2.5 piping
full 3" exhaust w/punishment racing 02 dump
datalogger
E-prom ecu w/jestr tuning stage 3 chip
Act 2600 w/8lb fidanza flywheel
14b at 20psi
mickey thomson ET drag slicks
KYB AGX shocks/struts
prothane motor mounts
My question to you guys is should my next mod be an evo 3 16g or cams? I pretty cought up on buying either or....both are around the same price...which would i benfit more from?
What would you guys do

With your current mods, you will definitly see more of a difference with the 16G.

I would rewire the pump right away. Then I would upgrade the injectors if you haven't already. The go on to a better MAF, either 2g or a GM 3in w/ translator. After that move on to a bigger turbo, 16g or Evo 3 Big 16g. I wouldn't worry about cams until you get a bigger turbo, a 14b won't do squat with cams any bidder than stock.

yes, definatly rewire that pump. Ebay has some pretty cheap kits... I talked to a few guys from this forum and dsmtalk and I literatly bought the rewire kit for them. They felt a great performace gain on them for their next mods. Also, grab some injectors and a 16G turbo... you'll love it (unfortunate for me when I upgraded my turbo, i didnt know a damn thing on them so I bought a SBR big T-28 and ported it.. Its a friggen crazy turbo. i run it at 22 psi. Only problem is that its spools too quick. It does have nice high RPM power but its hard to take off on the track. I have to use a 2 setting boost on my Greddy Spec II, 12 psi on take off, 22 psi at 2nd gear..)

As everyone has told you I also would rewire the pump get some injector if you ever plan on going bigger than a e316g get some 750cc a safc or some sort of fuel mangment and slap that 16g on and have fun !!!

I'm going to do a total zag on this and say you should go buy an LSD. You'll be putting out so much power with these other mods that you won't be able to put it down. I'm sure you're already having trouble. Just my .02 :shrug:

Though they get some very opposing reviews there is an LSD insert on ebay right now you can probably get cheap. I'd keep my mouth shut about it and buy it myself but I have other mods/concerns right now.
