I have a 96 gsx with a 6bolt swap, 1g rods 2g pistons. I am running a RS49t with a trust fmic, aeromotive afpr, and supposedly 660cc injectors, new pump (not sure if its 255 or not). The only thing i put on the car was the turbo and the afpr so im not sure about even the year of the motor. NOW, my question is with tuning. I have an safc 1 and im pulling out around 35%-45% airflow from 3000rpm up. I have no logging device so i cant see anything that is going on. The car seems to take off decent but as soon as my gate opens (i have an external dumped so i can hear it) I seem to loose a crapload of power, in fact it almost seems to stand still. I know my car has some potential but i have no clue about tuning beyond correct afr's. btw my manifold glows orange so i think something is messed up with my timing. And finally, does the CAS have to be inverted for the car to run (remember i have a 6bolt swap) with the 2g ecu? Maybe its not and is messing with my timing causing me to lose power? Any help is appreciated

You need to get a logger before you damage your engine. There are a lot of reasons why it would have no power as soon as you boost it. The number one reason I can think of is you are knocking a lot. Pulling 35% to 45% for 660's seems like a lot to me, and you should be pulling fuel everywhere if you have 660's not just 3000 and above. You also need to find out what fuel pump you have, and upgrade it if neccesary. There is a tuning guide on here somewhere, you should read it.... alot.

Forgot to mention that i do have the AEM wideband installed and my afpr's are pretty good under boost, around 11.5 on 94 octane. Even if i had a pocket logger how much will this help me, I still wont be able to change other settings like you can with dsmlink. I think my timing is really messed up because my mani always has a red spot in the middle even after normal driving and when I am cruising on the highway for a few minutes my car starts cutting out and i have to let off so it can fix itself. Could any of this have to do with the CAS?

11.5:1 doesnt mean crap when you're knocking. You need the logger to know what your knock count is.
