help me identify these wheels & tires

(Sorry, can a mod move this to the Newbie appearance forum, didn't see it.)

I saw this car on dsmtuners some time ago, and saved the picture, but I was never sure what the details were on the wheel/tire combination.

I really really like the way this Talon sits on those wheels and tires. Mine's a white Talon, but even if I keep it white, it still will look good with these, let alone handle better.

Can anyone please tell me who makes those wheels, the type, size and possibly what size tire he's running too?

These are definitely in my future, so need the details guys! Thanks for the help..

PS: I even liked the mud flaps, never thought I'd say that about a Talon!

Resembles Nissan/Infinity style OEM wheels. I would search the web for images of foreign cars made in the last 10 years that are most likely to have those wheels.

I searched for five minutes, didn't find much and I'm unwilling to donate any more of my time.
