Now what else would i need other than 255Fuel pump i/c piping and bov. Anyone know where i can get i/c piping? Which Fmu do i get? would a safc be good? Please help.

i hope the picture isnt what your getting, otherwise your filter will ram into your power steering resovoir, your compressor outlet hits the hood, your down pipe goes strait into the radiator, and your manifold doesnt bolt up, because its not the right flange. if you flip it over, filter is in an ok spot, compressor outlet meets mr. starter, and the down pipe still rams into the radiator. i cant tell if the flang would be right if it i was flipped over.

the following links have good info, but i think the last one will have everything you will need to know...

as far as fmu are you going to re build, if so I say get the Aeromotive
i/c pipping is going to be custom
bov i like the HKS ssqv
safc will i would say if you do get one don't go real rich on your fuel because it will advance timming then BOOM!!! then >

look at my kit for ideas :dsm:

hey did mike hart (the guy you got that kit from tell you what the wastegate is set at? unless he got different turbos it is 8 psi. which imo is a lot for a 420a without internals. if you want an fmu get a 12:1 and that kit in the pic is for a neon. i use one of his manifolds and everything is on the right side. good luck

Im going to be running only 6-8 psi. Thats all i need.

Got the fuel pump 255 walbro...........$100
Im goign to get the i/c piping done in a local exhaust shop.
Downpipe will also be done by exhaust shop.
Going with a 1g bov.
which fmu do i get?

Anything else im forgetting

I'm not quite sure, but I think selmer was saying that the turbo is internally wastegated at 8psi. Are you gonna be running a boost controller to lower what you're running? I guess since you'll see a little psi drop with the fmic, you should be good :thumb: As for the fmu, a 12:1 would be fine if you're not planning on rebuilding and upping the boost anywere in the near future. Do you have all of the necessary gauges? A wideband o2 setup would be very handy in tuning as well.

Yeah 8psi is cool with me. Ok ill get the 12:1 fmu. Gauges...all i got is a boost gauge ready to install. Where can i get a wideband 02 setup?

a boost controller won't lower the psi i dont think.... unless i was missinformed.

no your correct, a boost controller can controll boost anywhere above the wastegate actuator setting. it cannot lower boost below that.
