help identifying a holset

I found a holset turbo for sale on craigslist. the guy doesnt know the model number on it and he is at work so he cant get it. I have searched google and came up empty handed. He is telling me it came off a 2003 Dodge Cummins HO 315HP.can anyone point me in the right direction to figure out what turbo came on this truck? I have looked threw the holset turbo threads too

Probably a HY35 or HE351. Tough to install one of these on our cars.

2003 HO trucks were rated at 305hp/555tq and came with the HE341 (or HY-35). It's got a 9cm housing and is not compatible with the BEP housings. Identifiable by the cover, which has a 90 degree elbow cast into it. The 45 degree elbow on the exhaust housing is cast and has an outlet of approx 3.5.

If you don't buy this, let me know who has this. I'd like to pick up a spare for my 03 Dodge.

Is that 90deg elbow on the comp. housing only on the 03+ trucks? My HY35 didn't come with one and it's off a 98-02.

Yup. Totally different manifold design between the 99-02 and 03+ years of trucks.
