help identifying a garrett turbo please

can you guys help me out real fast, and help me figure out what turbo this is? the turbo isnt here, its a long story about a local shop screwing over a good friend on a build, and the shop owner has been ducking him/us for the last few days, or else id have figured it out myself.

its a garrett honeywell, and my problem is i cant see an obvious model number on the compressor cover plate like most iv seen. the plate reads as follows (exactly as its printed on the plate):

turbocharger
ICM 22836
452232-5005
GARRETT Honeywell

any info you can give me about this turbo, or even just the compressor cover if thats all that part number can tell me, is appreciated. iv spent the last half hour digging around on the net and i cant find anything definitive.

and the "ICM" might be "TCM", im going off pictures, every time i stop by the guys shop with my friend no one is there and its locked up tight, for me to look it over good.

no need to be a dick, i did google that and see that page, it still threw me off a little. im trying to price out values of this thing over a build that has gone very wrong.
so its a garrett turbo, made in their china factory, as a factory turbo for a scania truck or bus or whatever it may have been on, correct?

thanks for the help, seeing that price tag and verifying what i found helped alot.

Basically it's a 40R that is factory on some Scannia trucks.

thank you very much for confirming that. a friend like a brother to me had a good friend at a local shop try and pass this thing off as a high end aftermarket turbo. one of those "i cant believe he did that to me" situations. i really wanted to believe this cost what he said it did, but he is ripping my best friend off, and if i didnt have a conscience and need to give him a chance to explain himself, i would have said his shops name right here and now.
