HELP! I Need a good Projct car!

I am looking for a 91 or newer 5speed Turbo talon or eclipse. I would like to get it mostly stock so I can build up on it myself. I live in St. Peters MO but I am willing to drive a little to get this car. Looking to spend no more than 2500. Low milage is a plus! If there are some little things wrong with the car I might buy it and fix myself. please help!! Any ideas where to find one?

Autotrader, Cars.com, etc. Classifieds are a good source too, yet I woudln't suggest purchasing a DSM from there for it is probably gonna be beat on/ driven hard/ modded. Good luck with car shopping and update us with when you make a purchase. Hopefully...
