420A Help finishing manual swap

Almost finished manual swapping the car from an auto 420a into a manual. I got the engine rebuilt and put the transmission in but I'm stuck on the electrical part. Everything I've read has been to just plug some parts in but I have 2 additional wires and all 4 of the wires don't plug into the VSS and the other trans plug.

Another issue is the clutch pedal electrical wire I'm also unsure where that plug goes to. If anyone can help with some pictures (don't know anything about wiring) I would very be grateful.
