Will this axle be the whole assembly consisting of the axle, intermediate shaft, and the bracket?

I have a 97 eclipse GST, AWD swapped 5 speed with a 95 Trans.
Looking to buy a 95-96 Axle with the bracket that bolts to the engine, not the ac bracket. Would this be the right one?

Is this the one?

If its not the one with the 95-96 bracket, does anyone have a link for it...

I highly doubt any aftermarket axle is going to come with the bearing/bracket kit. You can buy a new OEM bearing kit part# MB526956 but you're probably going to need to get a used intermediate shaft from a junkyard. Start with Miller Import Parts (stangmurdera here on Tuners). If he doesn't have any, then car-part.com to search many junkyards. Always ask for pictures when you contact a yard on car-part.

The half-shaft on the AWD is a two-piece design. The outer shaft can be had rather reasonably priced at Rockauto or your favorite auto part store. For the intermediate shaft (inner shaft) and bracket, you may want to contact someone in the classifieds parting out an AWD DSM, or post a WTB ad in the classifieds. If you go the part-out route, you should also ask for the A/C bracket. I take it from your post, you do not yet have the axles?

Be sure to also use the correct bolts for the bracket. they have a unique shoulder on them. They can be had here: http://www.jnztuning.com/product_info.php?products_id=3566
