help finding a crank

im looking for a stroker crank, it needs to be a 94mm crank and for a 6 bolt.... i have searched and searched but i cant find what car has the 94mm crank in it...

IF you are looking for a 94mm stroke you are going to have to buy an aftermarket crank. You definetly didn't google search it because i came up with quite a few.

well on eagle it the only one on that list for a 6 bolt. the rest are 7 bolt

im looking at buying the eagle 94mm 7bolt crank for my talon anything i should know before committing to this company and purchasing this $500 crank any input will be greatly appreciated........

Eagle makes great products, before installing you should have all the clearances checked to make sure they are within spec and that you have no defects (this is so rare it doesn't actually worth mentioning).

Eagle makes great stuff.

what would i all need to check just in case it is a rare occasion

That when in the engine with bearings and everything that you should plastigauge it and such, to make sure it's not like .10 off on a rod journal on one and the others are within factory spec.

i have decided to just buy an eagle 100mm instead of the machined 94 mm forged 4340 chromoly crank, is there any reason i shouldnt buy this? like depth of stroke and so on?

like how do i lower my rod ratio to avoid rod angularity and reduced rpms


also does welding the oil squirters in the block help prevent crank walk cause these cranks arent cheap and i want it to last

a good thrust bearing, and appropriate clutch and pressure plate setup plus checking and making sure the crank end play is within spec at end of assembly is all going to be key for when you have it assembled. As far as the rods, I don't know 100 percent on that one. I'd let some of the more experienced guys fill ya in on that.

Also, I've had seven bolts with oil squirter mods done and not, I've actually never had one walk on me.

any good brands on thrust bearings i should consider?

also i saw a chart some where in a discussion that showed displacement for 4g63 block with various mm stroke lengths and cylinder bores with rod lengths anyone know where this or another similar chart is located ive looked and cant find again

Just a revised, or split bearing from ACL or Clevite, the Race or 77 Series if you plan on making big numbers.

Mostly make use of eBay and amazon for purchasing. I think you will find crank in these sites.

I want the 100mm crank from eagle can i use stock rods or is there a length thats better to lower my rod ratio ????
