2G Help!!! Electrical Mess

Okay well to start I removed an aftermarket alarm system from my 98 gst and I have some random wires that hang below the drivers side dash and I know that since I've removed the alarm system that was hacked up my power windows and sunroof don't work at all and I am in dire need some some wiring help with this car

And to add none of these wires have any power going to them I've checked all with a test light with a good ground

i thought they were for a window closure module. where do the wires end up?

I'd start by following all the wires that aren't OEM to where they go. If they aren't doing anything, take them out of there. Get back to stock wiring and then trace your power window wires and check the fuses.

you don't happen to have any pictures before you removed the alarm do you? also take pictures with the lower dash removed for me please if you can
Installing is my daily grind I installed a remote start alarm in my 98 spyder in about 4 hrs with soldering no t taps
