so my car keeps throwing a cel for code p0170 fuel trim malfunction bank 1.... ive have it scanned and cleared many times but it keeps coming back? i know there are many posts about this code just didnt know if there were any new answers? the front o2 sensor was replaced and im running an safc2, 650 cc, 255 hp fuel pump, maf translator, and apr fpr.... what could be the cause of this? the car has been dyno tuned by victor research in e.hartford.... ill prob just bring it back to them but just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas?

thanks,

kevin

the truth is that the AFC is the cause of this. the solution is to put a resistor on the wire that connects to the ecu. i believe it's the green wire behind the driver's side kick panel. a local dsm shop should know. sorry, it's been a while.

Can someone explain more about this? I'm dealing with the same thing and I need to get it fixed so I can get an inspection.
