Alright guys, heres my dilemma: I have a fresh rebuilt 6 bolt in my wifes 98GSX with stock 6 bolt cams, stock rods, ross 8.5:1 pistons, freshly decked and cleaned head with both oil mods, EGR delete, cruise delete (with n/c cable), vacuum delete, stock maf, new knock sensor, Evo3 16g, ETS 10.5 intercooler kit, and link v3 lite. It is in perfect mechanical time, set cas and tps to stock settings. When cruising at city speeds, the car runs and performs fine. Over 50 mph, the car runs out of go, and won't accel past 60 floored. Link says timing is upwards of 30 degrees at this point. Attached is a log of this happening, i have absolutely no idea what it could be...

Did you ground that special terminal on the firewall that tells the ecu your setting base timing? Which is 5°btdc, and being a turbo car 30° is over advanced if you ask me and that is no good just like timing that is too retarded. I've only heard of people going to about low to mid 20's.

Plugged cat ? That will rob any power from any vehicle at this speed.

Pull plugs to see what they look like. Black sooty = rich as a millionaire.

And no power is felt or the results when running terribly rich.

Ya, do the base timing and ignore link - sometimes, the basics always wins out at the end.

Base timing is dead on. Ive grounded the timing pin, checked timing with a timing light, and double and triple checked my belt, cas, and tps. Car drives great at low speeds, but at 50mph, I'm seeing the 33 degrees advanced timing at roughly 50% throttle. What i can't figure out is WHY its advancing itself so much. Plugs look good actually, look almost as new as they were when i put them in right before the log was taken. Car has a cat delete btw.
