I have a fully built block, With stock head and head internals. supra sidemount, all hard ic piping, rfl bov with recirc fitting, stock t25(
) external dump, full resonated 3 inch exhuast turbo back, mbc and aftermarket boost gauge.
For some reason (why im asking for help) i can only build 4 psi, a have run boost leak test after boost leak test and fixed all of the leaks and still 4 psi i have takin the mbc off and just ran the hose straight from the turbo outlet fitting to the acuator and still only 4 psi. the external dump is engaging at 3psi,
Maybe actuator is bad?
turbo outlet fitting not sealed?
vacum lines backwards?
The boost gauge is connected to the drivers side of the intake manifold t'd off of the vacum line from the selenoid.
(Like i said) hose connected right from the turbo outlet to the actuator.
please any information on the subject would be helpful. Thank you
Also these are 1st. 2nd. 3rd. gear pulls not me just reving in neutral thinking i should b building boost
