Not building boost. Help please

FYI: just did 16 install

I did a boost leek test i checked everything and found that my fabricated jpipe was leaking, i fixed it and at idle my vacum pressure is at -20 inhg stable, no shaking or sudden jumps. And i decelerate at -24, which i believe is normal from my research of this forum. However im not builing boost. I checked for oil leaks and water leaks from my install and there was 0.

Any thoughts or ways to diagnois my problem? or a fix? Thanks.

when you say you just did 16 install...that means you installed a 16g turbo right?

If your not building boost, you may want to check if your wastegate is stuck open.
