Ok let me tell you what happened...

i was driving through an aprtment complex and i drove over a man hole it it stuck up enough to hit my front mount and since my fmic was bolted to my radiator support the support bent and so did my radiator but it was still ok to drive. so i left it like that no worrying intill i tried to put my brand new 60-1 turbo in and it didnt fit in there with the lower intercooler piping so i took the radiator out and then it wont go back in there with the lower intercooler pipe installed.

does anyone know how i can bend the support or replace it or anything...

all ideas are welcome!!!!!!

Take the headlights, front bumper cover and FMIC off. Take a hammer and start banging the radiator support back into shape. If it is beyond repair you'll need to get another one and put it on. They are spot welded, so you take the old one off and put the new one on and spot weld it. Most of the time you can bang it back into place since it is thin metal. If the radiator is bent, you'll need to get a another one. I don't see how you can bang that into place.

new ones if you look around are about 180 bucks. If you bash it to much ou run the risk of pushing up the upper radiator support and when you go to close your hood, you will end up with a screwed radiator support and a bent or dented hood
