my 14b died and i have a T25 in mint cond.. i want to use for temp. problem is i have to use my car to get to work this week, so i need this done today... i got a new manifold, so will the 1g fittings fit this turbo? i know i need to mod the IC pipe cause it doesnt have the j pipe.. so i need a head to manifold gasket, manifold to turbo, 02 housing gasket and the lil one on the bottom?

You may be able to re-use those gaskets if they are in good condition.

You can use the water lines, I believe you just have to flip them around for the T25. As you stated, the lower intercooler pipe will have to be modified to reach. The bolt holes on your oil return line won't match up but if you have a drill you can modify them. If you're running the stock oil feed line you may also run into issues there.

Dont reuse your old gaskets, you're only asking for trouble, and also, I personally think that it would be more work and $$ to put that t-25 on which is a smaller turbo, than to just sell it and buy another 14B, the T-25 will require a new LICP for sure, Im not too familiar with those turbos, but I do know that it faces the opposite way, and will require some new parts, and some fabrication, too much work in my opinion for a smaller turbo. Good luck.

well i had to make new lines for the oil so far, and i got stuff to make new gaskets.. im not sure if its a T28 or T25...this is just temp tell i can get a 16g, i need my car to drive
