OK here it goes,, I bought this car that they told me had a bad water pump!! it has been in there garage for the last 2 years!! And i said ok but the car would not start i figured it was the bad smelling gas that was in the car!! So i bought it and towed it home!!

I drained the gas and put 10 gallons of freash gas in it!! Still won't start! So ok i started to check things i put brand new wires and plugs and coil on it!! and i have great spark!!
I check the timming and it's not off at all!
It's getting gas in the chambers, but it's not lightsing the gas

I pulled the fule rail out and it is sparying gas out of the injectors up to like 8 feet so there clean!! I pulled the intake tube off and it sucking air in!! and i put my hand in front of the muffler and it blowing out!! But the car just keep cranking and not fireing!! so took the plugs out and sparyed then with starter fluid and sparyed some into the holes and put them back in and it tryed to start once it like sputterd and then it stoped and it would do it again!!

I'm not a genius, but I'd at least like to try to help you. Have you tried checking the battery, such as it being almost dead, loose connections, corrosion anything.

Brand new battary!! and all connections are good! but it cranks slow!! but the car has a full change!

Check the compression,120 and over is enough to start. If you have compression, pull the ECU,Make sure you have the right one for your car first.#5531 for autos or # 6262 and 6260 for 5 speeds. If you have the right one, remove the 4 screws and remove the cover and see if the capacitors are leaking. There are two, they're black, about 3/8" in diameter and 1/2"Tall.One is almost dead center ,the other is directly inline but about 2" toward the plugs. What you're looking for is a clean circuit board. If you have what looks like a thin layer of vasoline on the board around the caps. Then you need to get your caps replaced and board cleaned.Should be about $50.00 to $150.00 depending on the amount of cleaning needed. If the compression is at 120 or a little lower and your ECU is good you can try pouring alittle oil in each cylinder, put your plugs back in and try to start it..I've done this a couple of times on cars that have been sitting for a long time. It'll smoke it's ass off for a couple of minutes, but it may loosen the rings up enough to be OK.Check it out and let us know

there is a reason the car was parked for two years....blown motor...water in the cylinder causing rust locking the piston....spun crank bearings
