So I keep frying Exhaust gaskets, I mean I put new ones on and thier leaking in weeks. Now I don't think it is that something is wrong as much as I just need some heavy duty gaskets. So do these even exist and whats recomended? I need 2 bolt 3in design!

Ive seen some people doubling them up, thats what im going to do when i get my engine back in because i was also having problems with blowing them out.

A gasket won't fail for no reason, you need to fix the problem or they will continue to fail. Is any part of the gasket protruding into the exhaust pipe? If it's exposed to exhaust gases it will get very hot and fail. I would also make sure that the flanges are perfectly flat.

what kind of Exhaust Gaskets are you purchasing? OEM? AM?

I agree with GVR4592, Make sure the gasket is properly secure before wasting money & purchasing a product you do not need. IE- Tighten the bolts that connect the Gasket to the Exhaust piping (With Provided Lock Washers)

I wouldn't double the gaskets up, this can actually cause leakage. It sounds to me like everything isn't being tightened enough. If the exhaust bolts aren't torqued down enough, hot gas will escape and blow away the gasket bit by bit.

Are you using metal gaskets or the cheap autozone ones. You can get metal gaskets at most online shops. RRE carries them for sure. $12 a pop i believe.
