Hello, I was driving about two weeks ago and my heat went out, just turned off, my rear defrost still works, but my fan does not power on, on any speed. I have a 99 eclipse Gs. I have checked all the fuses and they are all good. I put my hand infront of the vents and feel no air coming out at all. All help is appreciated greatly thank you.:D

Was the next thing I was about to check out after I get off of work. I am thinking it could be the Relay potentially, or possibly not enough coolant. Going to see if it has power and ground. Thinking next I should Take out the kicker panel on the Passenger side and pull the blower motor and make sure it is not Clogged/ Plugged and hook up to 12V to see if it spins. Hoping its not the blower motor. I also have a SEL light on that Came on today that I am going to have tested at Autozone and pull the code and see what is up. Got the car about a month ago for $1200 just rolled 179k miles today.

It could be the relay. My uncles POS car fans turn on after like 7 minutes of driving the car. We need to change the relays because we changed the termostat and some other sensors.

Also nice buy 1200!!! ;D

I also would of said check your fuses, but you clearly said you checked them and they're all fine.

Thank You! I love it, the Gas Mileage is rediculous! I just need to Get Pics up and some odds and Ends sorted out and Then I will be all set. I mean overall I love my car. And the Relay to get to that is that right by the Kicker Panel as well. And For service Manual is the Haynes any good?

The blower switch is what usually goes out. The relay is on the inside fusebox which should activate with key turned on. Ground the blower motor black/yellow wire - blower should go on high with key on. If so, your blower switch is bad. If not, the relay or 30A or 10A fuse is bad.
