I have a 99 eclipse 420a. The other day I was driving my car and the heater and defrost did not work, after awhile of turning the heat off and on it all the sudden started working again. Now the heater and defrost will not turn on at all. I checked the fuses in the engine bay and inside the car. All fuses are good. I'm thinking it probably is a relay. After talking to a friend of mine we both found it odd that both the defrost and heater would both not be working. Any ideas?

does it work on high? there is a blower motor resistor behind the glove box that could be the problem, but usually when they go you still have high. can you power the blower motor by hand?i have a power probe 3 but you can use jumper wires.
