Headlights won't shut off/radio doesn't work

Well basically whenever I turn on the headlights/dome light(try to) AC or anything else that uses a decent amount of juice my HLs turn on and won't shut off until I unplug the battery or take out key and put it back into the ON position. ON pos. only works sometimes and my stock amp, door locks, dome lights,AC and other stuff don't seem to work. Checked the relay and its fine so I'm really confused any and all help shall be appreciated.
also added a turbo timer a few days back but I unplugged it and it does the same thing...

Check your fuses (especially the main ones under your hood)
Alot of times chances are its your alternator/choke fuse or alternator altogether.
Which turbotimer did you get? the greddy can read voltage so what does your voltage read?

Try replacing (or swapping) your headlight relay. It may be getting stuck.

update: It was the fuse next to the alternator fuse... thanks guys I cant believe I missed it the first time.
