Okay this is starting to get to me... Ive been reading about everyone that wants to run a 2g head on a 1g block must reem holes out 1mm over.... my question is this...
I have not one but 2- 2nd gen heads that fit 1g Studs perfectly... At first I thought well maybe someone put a 1st gen on this 2g car but it cant be since i have another stock head laying around and the 1g Head studs went in without no problem at all... I also set the 2g head on the 1g bare block and started to bolt it down and there was no problem at all...
I want to use what I got instead of spend more on this 6bolt. Thus im going to use the 2nd gen head, so can some one please answer why i would have to open the holes up if it fits already... The 2g head studs fit the 1g block but not well and shouldnt since its smaller i know... Most people just post run a 1g head with the block but thats out of the question, just please answer my question. thanks.
