head lights flashing

when i turn my key with the lights off my headlights start to flash, and a clicking comes from the fuse box under the hood. and when i turn the lights on it stops. i tried replacing some fuses but nothing worked. i would really appreciate some help if anyone has some ideas? thanks.

Sounds like the relay, try replacing it.

Could be the factory alarm. Does your horn work? If so it would be honking when the lights are flashing.
