Ok, so I have a few questions, I am mainly looking for your personal oppinion and your experienced feedback.

I was at schucks and saw this new stuff that promises to seal a blown head gasket ($60) Just empty out all coolant and refill with this head gasket sealer
It is gauranteed for like 100,000 miles

Does this stuff actually work?
(I would never use it)

Lucas Oil Products

There are many websites out there that show that lucas foams up in your engine and transmission...
But, it works great!

I spoke with someone that used to do testing on Lucas and Hyperlube, and he says all those things are BS

What do you think?

If you had a blown hg 99% of the time you will have a mix of oil/water. I would wonder that if it supposidly (sp?) seals the hg by pouring it in your radiator, then mixes with the oil, what is it doing to the inside of your engine? 99.9% of this kind of stuff is bs. Nothing will replace fixing the problem correctly.

I'll keep it cut and dry/

don't bump your threads.

don't use "headgasket repair".. it's a waste of money. do it right and do it once, if your headgasket is blown, repair it with a NEW one.

don't use crappy "synthetic stuff" in your car. the only thing that I'd ever consider when "cleaning" my motor is seafoam and even then I wouldn't try that stuff out.

Thanks for your oppinion
I dont have a blown HG, I am just curious if anyone has used the stuff.
Your supposed to empty out your radiator and put this inside with a mix of water and coolant.
It costs $60 and has a lifetime satisfaction gaurantee!

Weird? I KNOW!
Does it work?

Yeah if you ask me, all these aftermarket mystery products are all gimics. Most oil additives are useless, along with gasoline additives. Although I did have a girlfriend once that tried using an additive to her power steering system (was leaking) and it slowed down the leak considerably...but it still didn't fix the problem.
