Head gasket question

I was wondering if anyone has used the SCE Titian Copper Head gasket on their dsm, and if so how did they like it? Some one just told me that copper head gaskets are no good in our cars do to their thin thickness but when i ordered mine (have not put it in yet) i was able to order it in a variety of thicknesses from .032 up to .080" i ordered .043". Also i was wondering what the capabilities of the stock 4g63 7 bolt internals was. I would like to get mine up to about 350 hp and was wondering if i would be needing to buy new rods and pistons, or if i could just get away with having the rods shot peened. I can't help you with the head gasket, but I can tell you that stock 7-bolts have made over 500hp on stock internals, with a good tune obviously. I would also recommend replacing the stock head bolts with ARP headstuds while you're replacing the headgasket.
