head gasket and fuel pump q's

First, does anyone know how much boost you can run with stock head gasket? And would it make a difference if I just replaced stock head bolts with ARP bolts?

Second, If running low 20's psi (evoIII, 660's, S-afc) would a walbro 190 suffice, or should I go with a 225. And anyone with a 225 walbro, how bad is the whine noise from pump? this is my daily driver car also, thats y im asking.

I dont know about the head gasket, would like to find out myself. the fuel pump is sufficient enough at 20psi, and about the whinning they are both pretty loud, i have a 190 and it whines pretty loud at idle

i dont think its as loud in the cockpit of a 1g as much as the 2g. they are loud pumps though. Keep in mind you pump has to hold your base pressure plus the boost PSI on top of that. So thats alot of work for a pump to do. Oh and stock head gasket can take exactly 23psi no more.
