Car had sat for 5 years do to trans problems. Finally back to working on her and decided to pull the head and found this on the middle 2 on intake side. Looking to see if I can fix or should just find another.

That looks more like oil starvation, incorrect clearance or someone used the wrong cam caps and it galled the piss our of the head. Unfortunately, that head may be junk, or it'll need line bored/honed at a machine shop.

Started the car about 2 months ago and made all kinds of noises. Was figuring would need to replace. Fml

That sucks sorry to hear that, that's like my worst nightmare with cars...

If you're in need of a good cylinder head PM me, I have several good 1g heads and a couple 2g heads, all in great condition. Cams, full valvetrain etc as well.
