haunting missfire only at idle

okay so my car has ben having a really strange miss at idle here is whats going on.

start the car idle goes to 2k and stays there sputtering/missing i let it sit there for about 10 min smoke a cig and watch the idle drop down to 1.5k than it sounds like she wants to die misses like every other second. i jump in the car and drive it and no miss while driving(actually drives perfect besides pesky lifter tick) i stop and it starts to miss again i keep driving probably 30 min and whn i get home about to turn her off it idles perfecct no miss and its a 1k what could be the colpret to this??

take throtle body off and clean the idle air controller part, go spend 5bucks on can of mass air flow sensor cleaner at your local parts house and clean your maf. try those two things and see if your idel gets better.

nope same problem after cleaning it i mean i cleaned the crap out of it and i still have the same problem well it got a little better but its still there i'm thinking about getting new exhaust gaskets maybe that is causing the miss? i looked at all the timing marks and there all dead on i looked down to the oil pump to see if that was aligned and everything check up.

could a bad throttle body be the cause??????? when i cleaned it out it was black now its silver once again.
