Hard bogging; sounds like vacuum leak no leaks alot replaced.

This is a brand new rebuilt motor in my 92 talon tsi awd. I have replaced every intake gasket from a-z, everything for fuel, all the ic piping and intercooler. No vacuum leaks tests fine and reads -20 vacuum sometimes -23. Anyway here is the problem, the car bogs hard almost dies sometimes when you give it gas this is when it is sitting and is warming up. Once the car warms up it idles fine and you can give it gas and it will rev fine. Now the car used to run rich walbro 255 with stock fpr and injectors, I bought a afpr installed it set the fp to 38psi without vacuum line connected, connected vacuum line and it dropped to around 23psi or so for fuel pressure, now the A/F gauge reads lean instaed of rich at idle. Now when I try to drive the car it acts really weird, with the clutch half engaged it will drive and boost fine but thats only after I tap the gas acouple of times because the gas doesn't respond the first few times you could have the peddle all the way down and nothing but if you let off and go back down it will work. When it does this the a/f gauge shows what it should but when it starts to do the bogging bs the a/f gauge shows extreme rich. The car sounds like it has a huge vacuum leak near the fuel filter around the TB area but i've replaced every gasket and the car reads perfect vacuum.I also grounded the knock sensor (brand new) to see if that was the problem because it would run in loop mode (the ecu) even with the knock grounded it still does this bogging crap. I've driven the car like 3 miles in the last month its almost undriveable with the way it is doing this crap.


I replaced almost everything since the engine was rebuilt every sensor has been replaced, ever gasket, every bolt, the fuel filter, and everyhting fuel wise has been replaced. The ECU is new also. I don't know what to do anymore i'm almost about to give up on the car and sell it. I have receipts for everything on this car and i've been nothing but nice to it since I got it. I've replaced just about everything you could replace. I can't for the life of me figure out what is wrong with the car=( If anyone has any idea please do share. The car was wired for a 2g mas and had the SAFC hooked up but the mas is no longer on the car and the SAFC is unhooked to make sure itwasn't anything with connections. I checked them all and they are fine. Any help would be nice i'm stumped and tired of the car.
 
When you say the mass is no longer on the car, do you mean the 2g mass??? So you put a 1g mass back on in place of that? Have you tried another mass or just unpluged yours to see if it made a differance..I had a similar problem and the car would only run ok with the mass unpluged and it ended up being a bad rebuilt ecu, it was 2 months old. That is what I would think.
Also when you say you hear a leak around the t-body, have you replaced the t-body shaft seals, here is a link to lear how.

If my car has perfect vacuum how could it be leaking? Also my friend has an ecu just like mine same model number and everyhting but he had it in his 90 gsx, would his ecu work in my 92 talon awd? they are both 5spd turbo.
 
Alright I think I figured out what it is. I am almost positive the cam timing is off. So nextweekend I will be redoing the timing.
