ok i have dumped thousands of dollars into my 2g, new turbo setup, intercooler, all regular maintenance, tuning software, ect. and the car still wont start! at first i didnt have a relay for the starter hooked up. thats now fixed. so then i thought compression, nope all 165. i know im getting fuel u can smell it ( and hear the wally at work ). i know i have spark ive tested it many times. and i made sure my timing was 100% in time.

now the only thing left that i can think of is a fault battery or fuel, but i have drained the tank once already and it never made a difference. and i have used my truck to boost the car as well and still nothing... im getting really frustrated and ready to part it out and move on buut i dont want to give up on this car

please any help would be great.

the car is a 95 tsi awd with a six bolt swap.

Other than that have you tried using starting fluid? I've had a few newly built motors not start at all till I shot some starting fluid in them and they magically came to life and never had a problem again.

If it does start then you know your problem is obviously fuel and if not then you can rule that one out for sure.
