Guys Need Help Badly

My Car started doing this the other day. When it idles the whole motor shakes. It sputters at low Acceleration but It seems to do fine at WOT. It Blows oil out the exhaust, and there is a hissing noise when I rev it up. I Changed The Plug Wires hoping that one of them just had too much resistance but that didn't really help. Hopefully one of you guys know.

Does it smoke at idle and not a WOT? sounds like you may have a bad seal in the turbo.
