Okay so I have looked through issues on the site and have only found two related to this the closest is here:

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/376624-no-power-door-locks-radio-blower-door-chime-power-seat-belts-searched-but-nada.html

Note this problem seems to have yet been resolved.

Problem:
- Door locks, mechanically, they are sound, how ever they will not lock with power (if I remember correctly I lock one they are supposed to both lock?)
- The Power windows will not work... at all
- Power mirrors do not work
- Power seat belts will not move, driver side is set to open, near the windshield and the passenger side is closed.

What I have already done:
- I have used a multi-meter to test all the related fuses and relays in the engine bay, that I know of.
- Swapped all the Fuses with the spares that were working in the GST still nothing, tried the belt assemblies as well just to be sure and still wouldn't kick in with the doors open or closed.

A few notes and questions:
- Do the doors have to have power for the Seat belts to work? If they do, then is it power to the door or just power to the little sensor in the door jam (jamb?)
- Does anyone happen to know what wires might be able to be jumped to see if the belts even work?
- Is there another fuse in the kick panel that the belts run off of that I can check? or should I start looking for a bad ground/grounded wire?

I know that my old gst had an issue like this. When i got the car it had no working interior light, the locks didn't lock like there suppose to(locking one locks the other) and my mirror adjuster didn't work.
After i wired in a cd player all started working except the locks. So id say tear the kick board out and start there as thats where everything comes together. Im talking about where the ecu is housed not the fuse box too.
It could be something caused them all to fry but id be willing to bet its just loose or broken connections under the kick board. Its probablt just the power wire isn't in all the way or at all. I know in my new gsx there is a plug where all the wires come together for my speakers and they get loose like ever 6 months and it causes all kinds of weird issues LOL.Gotta love dsm's.
Oh and i don't believe there all run of the same power unit as my windows still worked even when nothing else did.

Thanks I will take a look at that I was out of the country for a month and forgot I had posted about this :p , Just got done stripping the parts GS for everything of value yesterday so I should be able to dedicate my time to this wiring issue until I can order the Transfer case mounting bolts.
