GSX clutch on a GST???????

hi, i searched and could not find the answer. but my friend has a like new act 2600 complete clutch from his gsx that he sold, he will sell it to me for 50 bucks but i have a gst. will it work? what are the differences in the clutch from a gst to a gsx? his was a 95 gsx, mine is a 97 gst. both are a 7 bolt stock.

Clutches are the same from 90-99, FWD to AWD; so it will work for you. Flywheels are a different story.

What about the pressure plate? Still the same for both?

Yes clutches, pressure plates, and tob(throw out bearings) are the same for any eclipse or variant from 90-99 with turbo engine. Na flywheel and entire clutch setup is different from turbo
